Whoooooaaaaa, pump the brakes. She already feels self conscious about this. You getting her a gift card to get waxed will just validate all those bad feelings she has about it. I had the same issue when my husband and I started dating, he validated that I had a lot of hair and could do more about it (not for lack of trying BTW) and it made me feel AWFUL about myself (he know still feels terrible about saying something to this day, years later). She’s probably tried a lot of different hair removal techniques, but she may have sensitive skin or the hair might grow back really quickly. Long story short, her hair is her business. Women grow hair, some are hairy than others. How would you feel if you were in her shoes?
