Have you played the Golden Deers path? Rhea *is* Seiros, who tried to *wipe out an entire civilization*, every man, woman and child, for not worshiping Sothis, which is what caused the final survivors, Those who slither in the dark, to convince Nemesis to kill Sothis and steal the power of the crests and make hero relics in the first place. She despises humans and has set up the entire system Fodlan to keep humans oppressed. Edelgard *knows this*, because every Emperor passes that knowledge down to their Heir, because the first Emperor was the first human to agree to help Seiros take control of humanity and spread the lie about the ten Heroes and stuff.!<
