My grandparents being a controversial Caucasian and Hispanic couple in the early 1950s

"...whether POC hispanics exist or not."

That's the most stupid thing I've ever heard. Of course they exist; I am one.

"Hispanic" and "Latino," all the same shit. Honestly, ask any (for the sake of simplicity) person of South-American descent if they are hispanic or latino, and with the exception of Brazil, they will always answer both.

"Hispanic" and "Latino" are not exclusive. Without getting too complicated, a Brazilian is latino, a Venezuelan is hispanic and latino (Two random SA countries).

Skin color does not divide hispanics/latinos (whatever you wanna call us) the same way it divides Americans. You can be white and be latino, and you can be black and be hispanic. It has nothing to do with skin color, it has to do with heritage.
