Is my hair thinning? More info in the comments.

22 year old male, always had thin hair. I even cut it off once because I thought it was too thin. My hair used to lie flat and have no volume until I started doing no poo. This is at the end of the day after almost two weeks of no poo so it is a little oily than normal. I try to shampoo every week and a half or so just to start fresh and not let the oils make my hair clump up too hard.

I know my hair is clumping up a good bit which makes it appear a bit more thin than normal but I have no explanation to the part being so wide. I'm not noticing any extra hair on my pillows or in my shower drain. Does my hair look like it's thinning out or does it have more to do with it being thin already and clumping together due to oils? I never really paid attention to this until my mom commented and said it looks like the crown of my head is thinning. Yet there is no thinning near the back "bald spot" everyone has or whatever it's called.
