My SO hates my pets

My ex used to love the ferrets. So my current partner hating them is quite the contrast. But I dont mind him not liking them. Not the same but similarly my ex was severely allergic to my previous pets. So we would keep strict measures in place for me not to cause any allergic reactions and when he came to visit we would rent out places so he wouldn't have to stay at the same place as my pets. And after my pets passed I decided to get Ferrets, as I had been interested in them since a whike.

I dont mind my SO not liking them.all I mind is the way he treats them as some sort if parasite he has to endure. It feels almost as if he is eagerly awaiting the day they die. I don't mind to compromise at all. Just don't appreciate my pets beeing called disgusting, stupid and whatnot :/
