My health insurance is about to go up 160$ on December 1st. What are my options?

No I'm fine with the car and my interest rate on the loan is relatively reasonable (4.68%). Other than student loans I've just never had a loan out like a car loan. I want to pay off as much as possible because I'm terrified if I were to lose my job or something my car would get repossessed; I want to get ahead on payments so it's a non issue. I've never not out-right owned my vehicle so that scares me.

My income I budget for about $1820 a month after taxes. I typically make more than this (my $13 an hour job's hours vary depending on how much I want to put into it, but I can't go over 30 hours a week and I work 6 days a week and as much as possible at my other job but I can't hit over 30 hours there as well) but this is the least I could possibly make in a month.

I have a $320/month car payment. I have 3 credit cards (Amex - ~$3100, discover ~$2800, and capital one ~$1200) which total ~$7100. My discover card had the highest minimum at $52, capital one and Amex both have a $32 minimum. I pay $180 a month on both my discover card and Amex. My capital one card isn't in my budget (it was my emergency card), but I'm paying about $250 a month on it for my medical expenses. Every time I pay it off I end up needing it (like I was in the emergency room two weeks ago - I put my copay on it. Then I found out I needed an emergency procedure not covered by my insurance so that also went on the card). I cover our rent, laundry, groceries, my insurance, and our internet bill which totals $1820. My boyfriend uses his income to pay our debts and put $500 a month into our joint savings (we're moving out of state next summer). With what I save on our groceries and laundry I put on my capital one card.

I have about 6k in student loans but my dad pays those and is 3 years ahead on payments.

Like I said, I'm going to my bank tomorrow to apply for a personal loan for my credit cards as my apr on the Amex and discover card is ridiculous.
