No, I don’t think so, if you saw the 2nd movie, then, after Zero(I think that was the villian’s name) inherited what I think was a weaker version of All for One, and tried taking Deku’s quirk, there were too many for him to inherit it, obviously, All For One has to also have a limit because other wise he would have a lot more and wouldn’t need underlings like Shigaraki, he also has to have a quirk alllowing him to reverse, or stop aging, otherwise he probably would have died decades ago, something else we saw from the movie was that Zero needed to touch Deku to take his quirk, if AFO works the same way, Izuku’s speed, mixed with any other quirks that could be used to help him block the touch of AFO should be enough to stop him from being touched, in the unfortunate case that AFO does take the quirk back Deku could be killed by him afterwards, although, All Might being able to defeat him without any of the other quirks, because of how OfA becomes stronger as it’s passed on, if Deku is able to master the power and speed increases of OfA, along with the other quirks, he should be able to defeat AFO easier that All Might, unless AFO gets better quirks due to the fact that quirks combine/get stronger as people reproduce, Deku should be able to beat him, if/when AFO escapes
