My hours were cut because I’m “really efficient” at my opening job. How would you guys feel about this?

I was opening at this restaurant and the only other opener was the lead opener chick older Mexican lady only speaks Spanish. She can communicate with limited English and gestures and shit but I think they had her opening alone because before I got there she couldn't really talk to others.

I also speak Spanish so it was fine. We actually got along pretty well.

We're killing the list and other kitchen people start showing up. She comes up to me and is like "Hey you're getting a lot of stuff done and that's good the restaurant will like it but they're gonna send people home early and people are gonna lose hours if we don't slow down"

I'm like bitch
