My impressions on the hexclad pans

Edit:

Wow, lots of comments, I would like to address some questions from comments below:

  1. Is this post an advertisement? No, this post is not sponsored by anyone, I spent my own money and got this set from Costco. After I got the pans, I tried to learn more about it but didn't find too much reviews on the internet. Since I saw couple people on this sub asking about this pan, so I thought of sharing some of my experiences here.
  2. Does this pan use teflon coating? I'm not sure what exact material the pan uses to achieve non-stickyness, however, I'm sure it's different from the normal teflon non-stick pans due to 1. The material just feels very different from the touch and 2. Although I have not tried yet, but the seller claim the pan can go into 500F oven, which would not be possible for teflon coated pan. A comment below suggested this pan uses the same or similar material as the scanpan ( PTFE embedded in a titanium ceramic ), and from my research as well as comparison, it does feel very likely.
