can i tell you something man? cuz your story is harrowingly similar to mine, at least with ur (kinda ex) girl. she’s acting this way cuz there is something about you that is off putting to her. for me it was my addiction, but that was my case. for you it could be your mental health, are you codependent on her? she could find that scary.

my advice is that you just need to distance yourself on your own and work on you. seriously. don’t bullshit her or yourself, you need to improve. she’s still talking to you because she’s concerned, and clearly she still gives a fuck about you. realistically she probably cares a ton if she’s still communicating. you want her back? work on yourself, build yourself up and worry about YOU. hold your life down solid. she will see this, and i promise it’s what she’s looking for.
