My life ended once my son was born

I know you said you didn’t want advice and this was all just confession so I apologize for being so persistent but this post hits close to home for me as someone who takes care of a man with spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy. I just read one of your previous comments where you listed the condition itself. I don’t know much about the bureaucratic process other than knowing how much of a pain it is, but I do know that the man I take care of was approved for the program I was referring to earlier. Would it possibly be an option to see about getting him approved for a state funding program through a secondary condition, or even just a reclassification of the condition he has in less specific terms? I know something like that may border on insurance fraud, but if you’re in the states then it’s all a matter of how well you know the system anyway, unfortunately. Researching conditions that he falls under that have been approved for funding may be worth doing, to then discuss with a neurologist your situation to have him work with you.
