Sorry OP for what you are going through. Unfortunately, this kind of thing happens sometimes and there's nothing we can do about it. The best thing for you to do right now is to get away from everything by taking a small vacation, doesn't have to be anything fancy, just to get away. This way you can clear your head and figure out a plan to move forward. Do not try to reconcile with your soon to be ex wife, she's gone and it's pointless to try to make the marriage work at this stage. Go ahead with the divorce and put this nightmare behind you. I have a feeling she's been seeing someone else which explains a lot. Doesn't matter anymore, the marriage is over and it's time to get yourself squared away now.
