My Mind is Melting

You might be in a limbo stage before you go deeper. My advice, since it seems you enjoyed your very high vibrational past, would be to stop trying to go deeper and more present and just enjoy the highest vibrations. The thing is though, you need to fully embrace it. This is what a lot of high vibration people have trouble with, so they try to mimic the more low vibration people around them, and end up in this diluted limbo area. The high vibration is really only worth it at the very top, once you go past a certain point you wont ever be able to get fully back there, and it doesn't sound like you're at that point yet. You can build back up your "old quick witted self" by not holding back your quickness, intelligence, and even possibly your higher pitched voice(which in many cultures makes people feel out of place because it isn't accepted as much stereotypically). This isn't a sign of inferiority, it's just a different type of power. When not fully embraced, it becomes dormant. If you're feeling out of place, just remember there are many people like you and who will understand you at this vibration. You have to recognize it's ok to fully oppose somebody's vibration and fully be yourself. People who are different than you will actually respect that way more than if you try to change to for their mold. You will also begin to attract people like you by simply remaining true to who you are without doubt. That's what I'm getting from your story. Just some things to think about. Maybe the more slowed down, "present" life style isn't for you, and that's ok
