My mom needs your help!

As I get old here are things I've found make the biggest impact:

  1. good skin care - menopausal/perimenopausal skin is weird. Some people get much drier more sensitive skin and others start to have issues with breakouts/acne. I also find that this is the age when sun damage/damage from other reasons really starts to show. So review your mom's skin care. r/skincareaddiction may offer help depending on any issues she has

  2. good brows - I'm not talking about instagram brows which can be very harsh and aging - I just mean a clean natural look. Many beauty salons offer this service.

3 Hair - I see lots of women my age who have the same haircut they have had for years A good hair cut can make a huge difference. Your mom looks she has hardly any grey - but a good color job can also make a huge difference.

  1. As for makeup I'll suggest what I suggested for my sister (who has never had as much interest in makeup as I do): MASCARA - gave her three sample sizes to try out (were samples I got free from Sephora), LIGHT FOUNDATION/CC CREAM (I got her Nars tinted moisturizer but there are many good products - just get a good color match), CREAM BLUSH (I got her a Becca one but there are many good brands), EASY CREAMY EYE PRODUCT (I got her a neutral nudestix but again there are lots of easy creams that can be applied with a finger or pencil I told my sister that this was an optional product), LIPSTICK (I got my sister a Bite lipstick but the choices are endless for this category)
