No assets beyond whatever was in her bank account, really. Her car, I guess, which I sold already for just $500 because to say it was on its last legs would be an understatement.

I am looking at the small estate affidavit form you mentioned, but I get stuck pretty early on when it asks, "Are the assets of the decendent's estate greater or less than the decedant's debt?" I have no idea how to answer because I don't know what her true assets or debts were.
