Ugh I'm late to this party but man I'm so sorry. I am currently not talking to my Mom because she and her husband are in an insane amount of "rich person debt" (think Arrested Development if you've seen that show) and they are avoiding all their problems and responsibilities by clinging to this irrational delusion that my 16 year old and 17 year old brothers are going to get a full ride to an Ivy League school.

As adults in our 30s me and my sister can see that my parents haven't paid taxes in 10 years and might end up in jail, but I can only imagine the astronomical sense of upper class pressure they are putting on their sons to bail them out of a mortgage, luxury cars, cabin, hot-tub and boat (all currently being paid for with finacing).
