You probably want a SNS manicure with tips, oval shape, medium length, color is pretty close to OPI's T65.

Tips means you're getting fake nails attached to your real ones. They can be cut into any length and shape you want. The shape in the pic you posted is oval.

SNS is a type of polish that's virtually indestructible (seriously, I laid bathroom tile and didn't chip a single one) where a sticky base polish is applied to your nails and then they're dipped in powder that creates the color a couple of times, then sanded down and topped with a shiny top coat. SNS also only takes 4 minutes to dry, if you're impatient like me.

There are a ton of polish choices and the salon usually has a board full of samples for you to choose from. If you don't think well under pressure, arrive early to your appointment so you have extra time to check out colors. Tell the salon folks you want a nude color and they can steer you in the right direction.
