I like Salvatore and Valente best from your boys' names. I didn't know the name Valente but I love all these names beginning with Val that mean 'bravery'/'strength' (Valerie, Valencia, Valene, Valentin, Valeria/Valerio). This is a nice variation.

Lazarus sounds awesome, but is a heavy name. The Biblical story about Lazarus the beggar teaches a controversial lesson and the name is very religious (Christian) in nature. Which is fine, but I hope you're aware :).

From your girls' names I love Sabrina. Such a cute name. Lucrezia is interesting and uncommon.

Ludovica is beautiful. The name "Louis' has a lot of nice female variations. Lovisa, Aloisia and Ludwika are also really neat. Completely unrelated, but maybe you like Hedvika and Vivika as well?
