My SO has never ever had French toast. I plan to take away his French toast virginity. Give me your best French toast recipe

Kinda a mini-TIFU from maybe 2 years or so ago. You get a recipe and a laugh(hopefully. Don't want to come off as too confident)

First you're going to need to like alcohol, beer namely, And then you're going to have to like beer bread. Now, if you can find a different brewery that brews a similar ale, then so be it, but I had several bottles of Funky Buddha French Toast Double Brown Ale, and in turn I made one bottle into a loaf of beer bread. If you have extra, you may enjoy drinking it as it is. Probably baked it with maple syrup too, so it was semi-sweet, but not too much, maybe not even, it's been awhile. Cinnamon? Man... things were hazy. The thing was that I made this bread heavy with cannabis oil... (sorry to tell you I don't have exact measurements, I think it was a loaf that utilized 12 to 16 fl.oz of beer, so if you can work from there, more power to you.) ...I think 1/3 or 1/4 cup in the batter, or just a layer poured on top of the loaf after it was done baking. If you can't tell I was pretty baked in those days. All puns intended. Anyways, that's before I made the french toast. It probably wasn't thee most potent stuff, but if one were to eat several you'd find yourself stumped easily. Especially if it had been awhile since having an edible. This baked delicacy happened to coincide near my dad's birthday, so that morning I surprised him with some, told him they were special, the works.

Four huge texas toast size loafs of fairly potent french toast beer bread french toast edibles. 1 would do you good. 2 would be funky. I though he was set for a day or two.

Apparently, he thought special meant I made them with love... I get a text from him way later telling me how sick I made him because he ate ALL 4 OF THEM in one sitting... so if anyone takes it upon themselves to attempt this dish, of which, I have the highest recommendation for, please make sure people know what you've given them. Otherwise they might wind up balled up sick in their bed way too high hiding from their spouse and children.
