While you're struggling to find that information, I'll save you some trouble. Most trucks these days have Posi Traction. I don't know about Ford or Dodge, but GM doesn't even offer a locker. In fact here are the current GM RPO codes

  1. RPO Axle Type
  2. G76 Rear Axle (Posi)
  3. G80 Positraction
  4. G81 Positraction (Rear)
  5. G86 Limited Slip (Rear)
  6. G87 8.5" Ring Gear
  7. G89 7.5" Ring Gear

Locking hubs are a thing of the past. Since the 80s and the common use of CVS GM has been using a geared collar to disconnect one side of the front differential.
