My old boss is hellbent on getting me fired from my new position

As someone who was in a similar position to you, I completely agree with the advice most posters have given.

I kept a record of the bullying, but HR weren’t interested. So I eventually quit. I still regret not taking a bigger stand against my ex manager. And I feel that she has tainted how I approach every new job role since, as I often have the mindset that I just don’t care about my workplace, because I know they won’t care about me - ironically though, this is working well for me.

People do this to their employees because they know they can get away with it. And trust me, she will keep doing it. So, take her down (legally speaking).
