My take on Ishtar

So do you mean it‘s an advertisement because i left my social media and patreon in the comments?

More so you only post your art and use Reddit for nothing else. Here's Reddit's guidelines for self promotion. First two bullet points are the most important in this case. It's not something that will get you a Reddit wide ban anymore, but they are good guidelines to follow.

If you mean with being active that I don‘t engage in discussions it‘s because I learned if someone has an opinion it takes a lot of effort to change it if their opinion differs and I simply don‘t have the time and energy for that.

You don't have to try and change people's opinions though? There are plenty of other things to discuss or comment on. When new content releases you can comment on if your looking forward to it or not, if someone asks a question you could provide an answer. It doesn't have to be an argument, there are plenty of discussions without that, and if it does devolve to one you can always ignore them if it's not worth the time.

I could argue a lot why it‘s right or why I did it this way of aesthetic reasons but they won‘t be convinced or satisfied until there is a photo of someone doing that pose.

But you don't know that unless your try. There will be people that understand or are willing to have a polite discussion. If people are rude you can ignore them.

I try to treat everyone equally and it feels weird thanking one person for their encouraging comment but the other one not, even though they are equally nice so I‘m hesitant responding to comments but I read them all.

I understand that, but you could take the time to answer people questions and have some kind of engagement. When you don't it just looks like your posting your art and then leaving, which is pretty much just like an advertisement.

Spending hours on a drawing and submitting it to the community is my contribution.

I get that, and I'm not trying to say you shouldn't post your art or patreon. I know it takes a lot of time and effort to make. I am saying you shouldn't only post your art and nothing else. There are plenty of people that post their art on Reddit and take part in the community as well. Graveweaver and Savadava are two great examples for FGO. They do post their art, but they also take part in other people's posts and they're well liked in the community. If you take the time to engage the various subreddits you post to people will usually be pretty nice back for the most part and it makes for a nicer experience for everyone.
