My take on Red Bull dropping Albon

At the end of the day these are business decisions and the vast majority of us will never know all the things that lead teams to make the decision to replace a driver. Outside the drivers the amount of intelligent and talented people who make teams succeed is astounding. However, there are teams that seem (b/c again we don't know) able to do the split respectfully and amicably.

For example, there's Alex being informed he would be replaced by Checo hours before the public knew. Max has even given the impression he knew a while ago. Then there's Carlos openly telling Zak he was in talks with Ferrari, Zak response was to pursue Daniel and set a date for the McLaren and Carlo's team to recovene.
