I'm assuming you mean the doctors/nurses at the emergency room then. Also an unconditioned room as in air conditioning? I figured they had internal heating and air in most hospitals. Also shitting her pants but being able to beat the shit out of y9u does sound like a mental problem. So I'm gonna finally give my say in total on what I ginkcheating is going on here:

Your girlfriend is depressed and is tired of the constant puking and shitting and passing that is the non alcoholic shittyshit world that is being pregnant. And she's just kind of gone "I don't know why I should even get up and go to the bathroom. I'll have to go bakc totally he bathroom for God knows what in five more minutes. I'm just gonna do it wherever." And that's depression. That is like, really severe depression and people have done exactly that kind of shit before. I think that if you leave so she has no one to beat up on and no one to clean up her mess that she will end up realizing that even if you're pregnant you still have to remember that you're an adult and the actions you take affect those around you and they are still entitled to their own feelings in spite of your pregnancy and it's not okay to abuse someone because you're pregnant and depressed. I really think that if the shitting herself and beating you thing is real and true that it could be a mental issue. And you need to get out of it quickly.
