My Ranking for each class in GoF.

Dragon has a lot of high cost powerful card

This review is based on a false premise. There is little to no ramp support this expansion, rather many of the cards seem tailored for Natura Dragon, which will likely settle into Tier 2 or Tier 1. The most obvious counter example is Valdain, who can be played as early as Turn 4, and is an amazing win condition.

but since card that raise max PP doesn’t come often as you wish

You’ve never played Ramp dragon I see. If you have, you’d know that the deck is packed with ramp cards. Oracle, Annerose, Core, Genesis, Aiela — and that’s just listing the good ones in Rotation.

High cost beefy follower that can’t find a time to play them

Which follower are you referring to? The highest they printed this expansion is Neptune (who has an accelerate effect) and an 8pp filler bronze that likely will see no play.

low cost follower that often require overflow to be good

There is only one overflow card they printed, and that’s Velcioraptor. He does NOT need overflow to be good, just like Geoelementist does not need <20 cards in the deck to be good.

discard and disdain don’t really work that well in this format

Discard dragon has never been a thing as far as I can recall. The Disdain package is rotating with Omen of Ten, and many dragon decks will likely omit Galmiuex. Natura Dragon don’t need the disdain cards to be good.
