I don’t think you were, working retail you understand not everyone knows your cashier systems and it’s generally your job to ask those sorts of things. When I was at Victoria’s Secret we were always required to “help” along the transaction; tell them they missed an item for the deal. Did you have any coupons, etc etc. you know what you need for a smooth transaction, the customer doesn’t.

I personally drive extra to go to the farther lululemon because of how the works act towards you at my close one. They act like you are bothering them to go in there. I lost a bunch of weight and was ready to buy and she was so rude to me. We drove to the next one out later and the girls were so nice and I ended up dropping a lot more than I was going to lol.
