My response to BUT FAST FOOD EMPLOYEES ARENT WORTH $15/HR WHAT ABOUT EMTS

They use a 3rd party company, one is called support.com. I worked there and it sucks. They pay you like 10.25, .50 of that is reimbursement for your equipment and Internet you'll need to work their crappie tools. Oh forgot to mention it's a stay at home job. They start out telling you, you'll just have to deal with fixing Comcast customers Internet connections and others small things such as changing passwords and dealing with account info and such. They will also tell you during training that you won't be dealing with sales, or billing. But they end up teaching you how to sell and do billing. They do not want you to transfer to the people are are responsible for these areas (and getting paid for). Like if you did convince someone to upgrade or buy something, you do not make commission for it.
