If someone did something wrong to you, they investigate it, find out indeed it happened.. You can't just hope people will make the right decision for you when now you are allowing them to consider everything else besides the sexual harassment case.

What was the point in having it investigated if you didn't want him terminated? He made an offense that was terminable. I don't understand how one can get upset after only seeing something positive happen to said person when you had the opportunity long ago to make sure he never reached that level.
