Professionals show you how to deal with that and make you look different on things, give you options what to do instead of doing the same over and over again. Talking helps a lot but I heard they usually want you to take medication so you don’t break down. Well they say you can be cured but i don’t know if that’s true. Ofc you’ve to stick to your lifestyle and pattern to make it work but I’ve no clue if it doesn’t came back!

I learned it the hard way! I had no choice. I had to get up and work to make a living and I had to do a good job to keep it otherwise I would’ve been homeless and that’s clearly not what I wanted! Ofc I feel bad often but I always get up to do my job cause that’s what distracts me a lot. And I’ve no problem to be on my own. I meet so many people at work that I’m happy when I’ve time for myself
