My sleep schedule is a fucking mess.

Here's a tip: Just go to sleep. And I'm not telling you to magically fall asleep. You gotta put your phone away, turn your lights off and just get in bed to try and sleep. Then keep at it until a) you successfully fall asleep or b) you stay up all night again.

And if you can't sleep at night, you can't give in and sleep in the day either. You just push yourself and stay up until you'd normally go asleep on the next day. You'll probably get headaches and feel really bad, but you can't give up. And then you set an alarm at 6am or something and try to construct a rhythm.

I used to have serious problems with sleep too, but now I go to sleep at 11pm and wake up at 6am on week days and 9am on weekends. It takes a lot of work, but you can beat this as long as you can stay away from Reddit after midnight.
