My son has been acting a bit feminine lately. What should i do?

Source about the 80%

"The Handbook of Sexual and Gender Identity Disorders explains at page 390 that by age 18 only 1 of the 44 was "gender-dysphoric to the extent of considering sexual reassignment surgery".

In other words, the handbook explains that by age 18, 98% (43 out of 44) were not transgender and "75% to 80% were homosexual or bisexual".

The manual refers to the above study (Green, 1987) as the "most comprehensive long-term follow up" study, but gives data for other studies. It explains that other studies (Zucker and Bradley 1995 and Wallien and Kettenis 2007) found 20% remained gender-dysphoric upon follow-up, but follow-up was not to adulthood (average age 16.5 at follow-up for Zucker and Bradley; "mid-adolescence" for Wallien and Kettenis)."

Puberty blockers are currently viewed as being pretty safe, but there simply haven't been any long-term studies and no one who has received it has been old enough to satisfyingly claim that it's risk free.

Putting a new generation of children under puberty blockers because either their parents thought it's best for them or the children were misguided enough to ask for them could be incredibly detrimental to their health later in life.

Also there's a difference between being supportive of ones choices and being a straight up liar who's trying their best to influence misguided children/teens and make them believe they are trans.

I wonder, how many people thought themselves to be trans before this current social media generation? Before they were being told that their quirks and likes definitely meant that they have to be transgender.

I wonder how many older gay people would have been told they are trans if they grew up in this era.
