My support dealt 0 actual damage in my last match. Is this reportable?

I'm not saying I agree or disagree with this comment but I just wanted to say something regarding this part of your comment which is something a lot of people in this post are saying:

I think it's clear he's still playing to win

I think it depends on where you draw the line. I don't think it's unreasonable to assume that if you are playing ranked then you should be doing your absolute best to win at all times.

This player in question is not doing their absolute best to win, they are just trying to win with the conditions / framework they put themselves in.

So if you ignore the fact that they are refusing to use 2 abilities in their kit, then yeah sure they are trying to win.. With those conditions. And that is not doing your best to win, that is just you trying to win to an extent and with the hindrance you set up.

So I would not agree that the person is doing their best to win. They intend to win within their own "rules" or conditions only.

But I also wanted to say that if we draw the line on "doing your absolute best to win" then he's not that much different than the majority of players in this game who tilt and whatnot.

I mean most players play this game with their emotions more than anything. Let's say there's an Udyr top laner in your team who is throwing condescending comments to you and you are playing as the jungler.

Most players will probably instantly feel like they just don't want to gank for this douche top laner, even if there was a free kill in their lane which you would 100% see and be aware of, most players would probably just ignore his lane simply because the guy is a douche.

You obviously wouldn't be reported for something like that, after all there are 2 other lanes in the game and your jungle, but you are also hindering yourself of throwing a free kill away because of your emotional state.

That was just 1 example, but I would just say that a lot of players in this thread who are saying things like "This guy isn't doing his best to win" are a bit hypocritical. Because most players don't do their best to win in all of their games either. You don't play every situation how it's "objectively" best played, the majority of times emotions play a huge role how players act in this game.

Again I don't agree or disagree, I just wanted to point out that he's not doing his absolute best to win but then again most people in this thread who use that rhetoric aren't so innocent either.
