My Switch nightmare with Nintendo Customer Service

A. Warped switch and defective joycon within one year... smh, wondering when the nintendo communitys gonna wake up and realize that this isint normal.

B. Its obvious at one point you were the one being stupid, i dont ever think they specified that they were fixing the console itself it sounded like you were getting charged for the joycons... and thats what happened, also why were you so lux about paying $58 for something that was so untrue?! Granted its better than $100's but either way, $58 buck for a warranty fix?? I would habe absoluley refused.... idk apparently you "did nothing wrong" (even tho they said you did twice)... something doesnt add up.

C. Your joycons will need to be replaced every year or so, your warrantys about to end.... then what??
