depending on your location there may be social services or low-income-focused dental groups available to help you. most don’t do cosmetic stuff but they can give discounts, vouchers, etc. more times than not explaining your situation during your consultation will positively impact the cost.

if the colour of your teeth are your biggest concern, whitening kits are great. for otc crest has made itself renowned and for LED whitening tech, I’d strongly recommend “snow”, because I’ve spent way too much time comparing LED brands. It’s $150 with a five year warranty and the safest.
