My Wake and Vape Experience

I am ashley the owner of wake and vape. And I do most of the customer service emails myself and most people appreciate that. I dont bullshit a lot. I did my best to make this customer happy but was having a really hard week where we were short staffed and we are a fast growing company. We are built on not just low prices but excellent support. And as everyone knows we ship same day and we do respond to emails. Maybe i am too busy....but i dealt with this customer gripe myself. I didnt hand it over to anyone. And i made a mistake but corrected for it.

And you guys do me a favor....take 2 18650s and rub them together like they are firstarters any which way you can and try to start a fire. First person who does that and posts a video wins a d2. Or take 20 18650s and put them in a bag and shake them up real hard and see if you can start a fire. Padded protection...plastic cases...its all false security. If it can puncture the envelope it can puncture any encasing we can provide short of metal boxes. Nobody is saying 18650s have to be shipped in metal boxes yet....but if you really want them safe from puncture thats what its gonna take. Im sorry....but bubble wrap and cardboard boxes and even plastic boxes is just a false sense of security.

I am doing my best to offer awesome customer service and low prices....and even reading through his experience i still cant make an apology. I messed up and made up for it fast. I shipped fast...he got batteries at wholesale price. He dealt with the owner of a LARGE vape retailer. Just because you hear from the owner does not make us small....it means i really care and deal with things myself when things go wrong. If we are a small vape company then please tell me who is the big ones....and tell me how easy is it to order a few batteries and get the onwer on the email with you.

And if receiving a couple of loose 18650s in an envelope is really that bad then continue to persecute me. I am offering the lowest price on 18650s in the country for authentic cells plus i am aware of battery safety. And im sorry...but to me throwing 2 18650s in a padded envelope is not a safety hazard.
