My wife (F32) threw and smashed plates at me (M31) and son (3M) during dinner

There are always two sides to every story. We are not hearing her side. Anything could be going on here that we have not been made aware of. Marriage with children and finances can be a pressure cooker. Maybe he does bugger all housework....she's run ragged and the peas were the final straw. There are so many things that we are not aware of. Divorce after one incident? Seriously Reddit? Have any of you been in a relationship that is going south? Time and time again on Reddit the advice is "leave". If this is the first time this has happened you need to talk like grown ups.....for me there's a LOT more going on here than we are being made aware of. Anger is a human emotion and there is usually a reason. It sounds like grievances need to be aired in a calm manner from both parties and if they cannot well then the decision is yours. If this is a regular occurrence well then it is clearly an abusive relationship and you do need to go and not hang about for more.
