About that smoke smell in public thing. I'm a smoker, and I have been for a while. Unfortunately I started smoking around 15 but that's neither here nor there.

However, I try my best to be conscientious to those around me, and which way the wind is blowing whenever I smoke so as to not have it being blasted toward people by the wind. I especially try to be on the look out for children, and I'll either entirely put the cigarette out, or cover it with my hands. Some people like the smell, but I know it's nauseating or offensive to a vast majority of the population. Not to mention second hand smoke is no good. Smoking and hurting my lungs is my own choice, so why should strangers on the street have to deal with it?

As someone on the other side, what are things that smokers like myself can do to lessen the smell of our cigarettes?
