I mystery shopped a KIA dealership. I get why they have a bad name now.

Man, I had the complete opposite experience at my local dealership. The guy approached me almost immediately coming through the door, but in a friendly way. I told him I was there to check out the Stinger. He told me (mostly) accurate facts, and seemed to know the difference between the various versions, but told me honestly "I don't know, but I can check" when I asked him questions he didn't know. Basically he was super nice, let me do the test drive in peace, didn't take my keys, and he actually asked me what I didn't like about the car after I spent the whole time praising it because it's so much better than my crappy car lol. Near Greenville, SC.

For the record, the touch screen is kinda chincey, the visibility is honestly pretty bad, and I think they use speakers under the hood when you put it in "sport" mode or whatever.
