is eerily similar to

“Well if he didn’t want to get beat up, he shouldn’t have been wearing his hat”

My best friend works in a nursing home, and the 80+ year old residents are essentially harmless (physically). I know you’re not calling for violence against the elderly, it’s just that they are easy targets of abuse. A situation like this could easily kill an older man/woman

So I guess I’m just close to it in that sense. I’m not saying he was a friendly old man (considering the hat he wore), just that he’s physically weak and harmless.

That kid isn’t going to look tough beating on an old man with probably just has some senile views
