I think we all know the difference but there is no need for the curse words. Not all online players are mentally ready to participate at LANs, no matter what LAN it's. Most players are comfortable being "good" online. That's what being LAN ready is (Most players that become LAN ready is after they accomplishing everything that there is online) that's what we looking for and LAN skill level it's going to a LAN event knowing you can win the entire thing without actually knowing what a LAN setting is instead of getting first rounded like everyone else that just attend a LAN event to just attending a LAN event without knowing if they are ready or not. That's not what we looking for. It's a combination of mindset and skill, not all skill to go where we want to go. By Team Legacy placing a restriction on the players applying that they need to look good on stats because that's our requirements is a very blur way to recruit potential talent. Not all players with good stats are great players/team mates. There was no need for me to explain how we deal with our recruits but there you go. Hope this information helps you both in the future.
