I'm on the injectable 28 day and also suffer from GAD, PTSD, and MDD. I'm also in recovery for alcohol. I've experienced no added anxiety with Naltrexone and it has helped me remain sober for close to 18 months. I was drinking much much more than 12 beers a day. I consider Naltrexone to be a wonder drug. The only side effect I've had is incredible loss of appetite but it's a non-issue bc I'm overweight from previous medications I was prescribed. What has helped my anxiety is medical marijuana. If that is available in your state, please talk with a doctor about it. If you don't have a card or a condition that "warrants" MMJ than I'd still suggest finding other sources to try and see if it helps. Could make it worse but surprisingly for me, I don't have any paranoia when using MMJ.
