The name of my game today is “rage text and then immediately delete” :/

I understand that this can feel like a less destructive method of taking your anger out on somebody, but, from experience, I can tell you, as someone who was on the receiving end of this exact behaviour (im dx BPD btw, which I assume you are too) it is just as damaging, if not more so, to be on the receiving end of as direct and undeleted rage texting.

The things I saw in my notification list that were deleted once I opened the apps were just . . . devastating and crushing, to say the least. I still think about those deleted messages every singlenday.

I wouldn't play this game if I were you; there are better ways of dealing with your rage - I don't really know what they are if I'm being entirely honest, but this isn't as productive, or less harmful, than you think it is.
