As for this video, it's most likely a hoax the youtube video where this came from: streetcap1, is a known to make fake shit.

Now it could still be real as someone could have send it to one of the biggest UFO channels, but I would say it's probable.

However, the UFO phenomena is still very credible as the evidence is simply humorous. We have 1000's of declassified documents indicating bizarre futuristic UFOs, sometimes with with radar data, physical trace cases, high government personnel talking about them etc.

We have 100's of (high) ranked whistle blowers, like John Podesta for example (chief of staff for Bill Clinton, counselor for Obama, and now chairman for hillary)
