Nasi Lemak - Clueless White Girl version (recipe in comments)

We just got three Malaysian products that we had no clue how to use. Auria's Hot Chilli Sambal, Lime Leaf Sambal, and Pandan Kaya. So I googled Malaysian food and came up with Nasi Lemak. This is how I made it. If any Malaysian people are around to offer suggestions, I'd love to hear them! The sambals are incredibly delicious, and I envy you if you've been eating that stuff regularly your whole lives!

Ingredients: 1 can coconut milk 1 1/2 cup white rice 1 1/2 cup water 2 Tbsp Pandan Kaya 4 mini cucumbers 1 can sardines (my husband can't handle anchovies) 2 handfuls of peanuts 2 Tbsp Hot Chili Sambal 2 Tbsp Lime Leaf Sambal

Cook the rice, coconut milk, Pandan Kaya, and water together over medium low heat until all liquid is absorbed. Divide into 6 portions. (2 for my husband, 1 for me = x2 meals)

Slice the cucumbers into long chunks. Toast the peanuts in a hot skillet. Dollop the sambals around the rice, add a small pile of peanuts, and a small pile of fish to the plate to serve.
