NATO leader tells Europe to "stop complaining" and help Ukraine

We should be more like Poland

Only in regard to the war in Ukraine, I hope? Because the current Polish government is still against everything the EU stands for. They're still under an Article 7-investigation. The rule of law is still deteriorating in Poland. Free media, independent judges, gay rights, and so on. They're all under attack in Poland.

I agree that the western part of Europe should be way tougher on Russia. And not just now, but for decades to come, because Russia will not change once Putin is gone. And we can't go back to normal anymore. Most of the western part of Europe still doesn't understand this.

But that doesn't mean we should be more like Poland. They're still pissing on the EU and its rules and values, and we should not forget that. Because, what are we actually defending here (besides Ukraine)? Our freedoms, as established in our Treaties, which Poland does not comply with.
