What a load of technobabble nonsense.

Quartenions are a geometric algebraic concept used to add a scalar to 3 dimensional complex numbers in euclidian space such that they can be multiplied and divided with each other.
They still functionally operate in 3 dimensions and have no relevance or use case in special relativity as far as I know. They're most commonly used to add vector to position in a single complex number for use in 3D computer graphics, robotics kinematics, and control theory.

What? I'm not a physicist but, time is the 4th dimension referenced in special relativity. Nothing you're saying even makes sense, I don't think you even understand what 'dimension' means in mathematics.
