The dude was such a dick. In California if you meet certain criteria you can get confidential plates. All it means is when they pull your plate, they know you're law enforcement or associated with law enforcement. So he knew right from the start and just wanted to be a dick. Those are people that shouldn't be cops. Philando is a troubling case. Dude had a legal gun and was still killed by the police. You should have seen the NRA and all the 2nd A people step and to protest, yet.... One issue is the protest often choose the wrong person to protest over. I am not saying any of the people deserved to be killed but Castile is a case worth rioting over. That is serious injustice. I am glad they didn't riot but I may have joined in for that one.
