The question was whether this can be considered a hate crime or not. Let me more accurately describe the scenario: guy who is clearly a neo-nazi (as evidenced by swastika tattoo, participation at White Lives Matter rally) is confronted by person of Asian descent. Person of Asian descent confronts said individual, is ‘in his personal space’ and often blocks his attempts to flee, thereby forcing neo Nazi to confront him. Nazi responds by first pushing, then punching person of Asian descent. Do I have that right? Good. Now GO FUCK YOURSELVES YOU RACIST COCKSUCKING MOTHERFUCKERS if you think the guy of Asian descent who didn’t even want the person arrested is in any way at fault here. * GO FUCK YOURSELVES* if you feel like I didn’t accurately portray the chain of events, GO FUCK YOURSELF if you think the person of Asian descent was at fault here and GO FUCK YOURSELF if you don’t think this is a hate crime.
