I am planning to downsize my current build (Fractal R4) to the M1. How is everything looking? I have everything picked out/bought but the motherboard, which will depend on prices and availability since LGA 1150 mini-itx motherboards aren't that plentiful. By the way, if you couldn't tell by the PCPartpicker link, everything is being reused from my old build except for the case, PSU and motherboard. I am also planning to potentially replace the H100i (unfortunately) with an air cooler because I want to add a tempered glass panel. Will temps be a problem with an air-cooled CPU paired with a blower-style GPU? And yes, I know that I won't be able to fit all of my fans.
