NCT Dream shouldn't be a fixed unit

I don't know what it takes for SM to realize that the idea of making groups modeled by AKB's system in kpop is impossible. Kpop groups thrive on group dynamics. Sometimes fans love the sisterhood and brotherhood (real or not) more than they love the music.

I feel like NCT Dream was initially meant to introduce their top teenage trainees into the industry before branching out into the other units. The Korean line have been in the spotlight for their TV appearance, Chenle was a child star in China and Renjun was probably topping their best trainees rank seeing how he grows to be the absolute ace of the group. They succeed more than SM expected them too. People love them more than the flagship unit 127.

Again, as I stated above, kpop groups thrive on group dynamics. Dream has the best dynamics out of all units, followed by WayV. If you watched every unit's contents, you can see how 127 have slight tension among them (just watch their Superhuman reaction). WayV, despite being a rookie, have a really solid relationship with each other and Kun seems to be a great leader. Dream have the best dynamics, they seem to have genuine friendship and fans could see that. Fans love their dynamics.

I think OT5 Dream have all the requirements needed for them to succeed, and live up to their Baby SHINee title. They are all great dancers. They have two great singers in Renjun and Chenle and Jisung keeps improving. They have solid discography. They seem to genuinely enjoy each other's company since they all grow up together. They have so many untapped potentials. They have a solid chance to hit big if they get rebranded as a fixed group more than 127 who seems to always fall behind Taeyong and his past scandals.

I'd say SM would benefit more if they keep OT5 together. They can get a new SHINee with a solid popularity at home that hopefully can also promote in Mainland and The West, since they have Chinese and English speakers.
